There are multiple route to reach the top of the hill, but suggest you to take the one which is via the pepper plantation as it is a pure heavenly experience. Luckyme it was raining heavily and the place was covered with mist. Cant express the joy, one needs to visit this place and experience it. If you are visiting this place in monsoon suggest you to get yourself equipped with all the trek gears as the muddy trail is slippery. Sri Male Malleshwara Swamy Temple is present at top of the hill and is calm, peaceful and blissful. The view from above is mind blowing.Plantation area which means elephants are spotted regularly, hence late night trekking and camping is restricted. Overall the blessings of Sri Male Malleshwara Swamy and once in a lifetime hardcore tranquil trekking experience during monsoon season makes this a must visit trekking place with friends and family
