The Unknown and Glorious Uthadha Thimappa Betta is about 36km from Mysuru, located in Sanaba village. What to say just an amazing eye soothing hill. There is muddy road that leads to the top of the hill. Sri Ramanujacharya Statue is present at the below of the hill. The view from top is heavenly. Sri Srinivasa Temple is present at the top of the hill. Sri Ramanujacharya saw that a cow use to give milk daily to snake burrow. When looked inside the snake burrow, Sri Ramanujacharya found the idol of Sri Srinivasa. Hence the place gets it name Uthadha Thimappa Betta. The complete history of this place can be heard in the voice of Archakaru uploaded in the video. The view from above has to be one of the best view of all time that i have seen from top of any hill. The water flowing across the hill is so mesmerising to watch and will remain in my heart forever. There are places to sit and enjoy the view around this hill. Ancient place with lot of calm, peace and cool breeze blowing all around. Looking for a eye soothing view, photography this is the place to be and the blessings of Sri Srinivasa makes this a must visit with friends and family
