The unknown and little gem Sri ChandraMouleshwara Betta is about 38km from Mysuru, 3km from Bagooru village. One needs to go through a muddy road to reach this place. The view from top is blissful, peaceful and calm. An Ancient Temple with the 5 headed snake believed to have existed here. Byrappa temple is below this temple which is said to have built within a day and Bettada Prasanna Anjeenaya Swami Temple is also present at the below of this hill.
