The Amazing and less known Mavinkere Sri Ranganatha Swami Temple is about 100km from Mysuru, 177km from Bengaluru, 15km from Holenarasipur town. Located on top of a 500-600 feet hill, one can reach the top via 650+ steps or by the road which leads to the top. This temple represents the beauty in the art of sculpting, combined with a rich heritage and has been constructed inside the cave adjoining the tree in a star shaped structure.
