The Unknown and Little hidden gem Bettadahosur Sri Ranganath Swamy Temple is about 39km from Mysuru, located in Bettadahosur village.The temple is located on a small hillock,surrounded by eye soothing nature allaround. Ancient Chola Dynasty temple.The idol in the temple is Udhbhava Murthy. The place once ruled by Kings Hakka and Bukka. The Ancient history of this place can be heard in the voice of Archakaru uploaded in the video. The road leads all the way to the below of the hillock and one needs to climb few steps to reach the top. One can spend hours sitting on the rocks that surround this temple. Ideal place to cycle from Mysuru and watch the sunrise, sunset from this place. Calm, peaceful and blissful place with fresh air blowing all around.
