The Unknown and Paradise Sri Gaddige Siddeshwara Swamy Hill Temple is about 79km from Mysuru, located in Lingapura Forest, Kodagu. Kodagu you beauty. One needs to trek about 2km to reach the top of the hill. The place is surrounded by eye soothing forest. The temple is built by Kodava Family 70years ago. Sri Malikarjuna Swamy, Sri Parvati , Sri Veerabhadreshwara Swamy, Sri Ganapathi and Sri Siddeshwara Swamy are the five temple present at top of the hill. Sri Malikarjuna Swamy and Sri Siddeshwara Swamy idol being Udhbhava Murthy. Ancient sculptures can be seen here. The view from above is jaw dropping and mesmerizing. From top to the other side below the hill there is Sri Gange Basava temple. Forest area hence lots of elephants wandering here can be seen, so late night trekking and camping is restricted. Camping is done only during Shivaratri Festival. Looking for a hardcore trekking experience this is the place to be, thus making thus a must visit tranquil place with friends and family
