The Unknown and Magnificent Sri Lakshmana Teertha Chamundeshwari Amma Hill Temple is about 65km from Bengaluru, located in Kaiwara town. There is small thar road till the below of the hill. From Sri Krishna and Sri Baktha Kanakadasa Temple below there is stone steps all the way to the top. In the middle of the hill after passing through a cave right side, there is Sri Chamundeshwari Amma Temple with Lakshmana Teertha holy water pond. At the top of the hill there is Sri Anjaneya Swamy temple. The view from top most part of the hill is mind blowing and a treat to the eyes. Lot of huge spiders along with their web can be seen. Sri Thathayya Cave Temple, Kaiwara National Park (05Rs per person) and Sri Kempegowda Fort Hill are some of the other attractions around this place. Previously one had to take a dd of 300Rs from Tourism department Bengaluru in order to trek Sri Kempegowda Fort Hill, where Sri Jaganatha Swamy Temple is present at the top. However now the trek to Sri Kempegowda Fort Hill is stopped. Overall the blessings of multiples deities and the tranquil trekking experience to the top makes this a must visit place with friends and family
