The Unknown and Phenomenal Eranna Suranna Ancient Stone Yedahalli Backwaters Island is about 23km from Mysuru, located in Yedahalli village. There are two Ancient stones with ancient carvings namely Eranna Suranna that can be viewed during summer season or when the water level is low. The ride to this place is eye soothing as one needs to go through muddy trail surrounded by water all around to reach this place. Ideal place for photography and picnic. Angler paradise as this place offers abundance fishing experience. The view of clouds especially rain pouring from it is breath taking. There is an Ancient Sri Anjanaya Temple on a small hillock on the way to this place, which adds a magical touch to this place.
