The Unknown and Rock Climbing Heaven Madarasabaradoddi Gavi Hill is about 46km from Bengaluru, 105km from Mysuru. There is a pond located next to Nilgiri Trees from the main road, where one needs to start the climb to the top. The climb looks easy, however ones you start you find out its hardcore and fun. After climbing 80% you will find the Gavi. It is believed that in ancient times during night time Rushi, Muni used to travel to Sri Ramadevara Hill which is about 6km from this hill via fully lighted Pushpaka Vimana. Once you complete the remaining 20% climb to the top from the Gavi, your eyes are treated with mesmerizing view all around. Chetah area, hence late night visit and camping is restricted. Overall a must visit adventorous place with friends and family
