For all you lovely Mysureans who were asking me for a very nearby unknown place to visit, this is for you. The Unknown and little heaven Mutthurayana Gudda is about 9km from Mysuru, located inside mysuru city in Madagalli village. On the top of the hillock Lord Hanuman Temple is present. The idol inside the temple is udhbhava murthy. Temple and Gaushala is being constructed now and may take about a year or less than a year to complete. There is muddy road to reach the top. One can also walk through the trail to reach the top. Ideal place to watch the Sunrise and Sunset. Best to cycle to this place early morning or evening. Calm, peaceful and scenic place with fresh air blowing allaround. Peacocks can be spotted here. Overall the blessings of Lord Hanuman and the quick getaway tranquil experience makes this a must visit picnic place with friends and family
