The Unknown and Tranquil Heaven Shri Gavi Thimmappa Swamy Hill is about 76km from Bengaluru, 180km from Mysuru, located in Huluvangala village. One needs to park the vehicle near Sri Mahalakshmi Devi Temple below and trek all the way to the top. In the middle Sri Butharaya Swamy Gudi is present. Sri Thimmappa Swamy Gavi is present at the top of the hill. The view from above is refreshing. Suggest to wear trekking gear while climbing this hill as lot of thorn plants and slippery rock are present. Forest area, hence late night trekking and camping is restricted.
