The Unknown and Little Heaven Sri Bettada Kabbalamma Hillock Temple is about 74km from Bengaluru, 98km from Mysuru, located in Margadaiahnagundi village. There is a small muddy trail that leads to the top of the hillock. The view from above is calm, peaceful and refreshing especially the clouds that appear to be very near to this place. It is believed that Sri Kabbalamma used to stay below the hill and later moved to the top of the hill and turned herself into udhbhava murthy which is present inside the temple. Ideal place for photography and best for cycling to this place to watch the Sunrise and Sunset. Overall the blessings of Sri Kabbalamma and the tranquil nature surrounding this place makes this a must visit picnic place with friends and family
