The Unknown and Ultra Heaven Sri Gavi Sidappa Swamy Hill is about 22km from Mysuru, located in Basahallihundi village. There is small muddy stone trail from the main road beside the temple which leads all the way to the top. The short trek to the top is refreshing. Sri Gavi Sidappa Swamy udhbhava murthy temple is present at the top. The view from above is jaw breaking especially watching the clouds. Forest area, hence late night trek and camping is restricted. Have a short day in hand and looking for a quick getaway from city busy life, this is the place to be. Thus making this a must visit place with friends and family
