The unknown and Marvellous Sri Siddeshwara Swamy Sannidhi is about 55km from Bengaluru, 10km from Kengal village. There are two ways to reach this place, but suggest to go via the route between Dobbaspet-Tumkur Highway for full trekking experience. One needs to park the vehicle below and trek all the way to the top. The trekking experience is just wonderful as you need to go through stony/muddy steps with gorgeous nature on either side. You can find ancient structure on the way to the top. An ruined Hosyala period temple Narasimha Swamy temple is present at the mid of the hill. There are caves at top of the hill, inside Sri Siddeshwara Swamy is worshipped. Ancient writings can been seen on the ground and rocks. The view from above is refreshing, calm and peaceful. Overall the hardcore trekking experience, the abundant eye soothing nature and the blessings of Sri Siddeshwara Swamy makes this a must visit with friends and family
