The unknown and Gigantic Vaddarahalli Hill is about 35km from Mysuru. Located in Vaddarahalli village, this hill is an ideal place for hardcore trekking. There is no proper road to reach the top of the hill. One needs to use the muddy stone steps available next to the long water pipe to reach the top of the hill, thus making the climbing challenging and exciting. The view from top is mind blowing. There is Gavi Rangappa Swamy Gudi on top of the hill. Every year during Deepavali Festival, Pooja is offered by the local villagers.The place is surrounded by forest and beautiful greenery.
