The Unknown and Marvelous Kallahalli Sri Ranganathaswami Swamy Hill Temple is about 222km from Bengaluru, 223km from Mysuru, located in Kallahalli village. There are stone steps all the way to the top. It is a splended feeling to climb the steps with lush green tall grass on either side of the steps. It is a soothing feeling to watch the cool heavy breeze blowing around these green tall grass. Sri Ranganathaswami Swamy temple is present at the top, the idol inside is udhbhava murthy. The view from above is breathtaking especially watching the dam below. Simhadri falls, Jante falls, Kalmadu falls are some of the attraction around this place. Have a short day in hand and looking for a quick short trek this is the place to be. Thus making this a must visit picnic place with friends and family
