The Unknown and Heavenly Kannamma Thayee Devalaya Betta is about 43km from Mysuru, located in Hyakanuru village. There are muddy roads that leads all the way to the hillock. Kannamma Thayee temple is situated on top of a small hillock. The place is surrounded by forest and is a treat to ride around this place. Lot of peacocks can be spotted here. One can trek around the surrounding hill Bajjamma Betta. The view from above the hill is eye soothing. Bajjamma temple is located on the way to Bajjamma Betta and is blissful. Forest area, hence late night trekking and camping is restricted. Ideal place for photography with mesmerizing nature all around. Have a short day in hand and looking for a quick adventure, this is the place to be. Thus making this a must visit with friends and family
