For all you Lovely Bengalureans who were asking me for a near by unknown short trekking place, this one for you. The Unknown and Marvellous Sri Sideshwara Swamy Sanidhi Betta is about 78km from Bengaluru, 2km from Garakahalli village. Ideal place for photography. One needs to walk about few stone steps to reach the top of the hill. The view from above is calm, peaceful. Lucky me it was raining and loved every bit of the climb. Sri Sideshwara Swamy Gavi cave temple is present at the top. Ancient Sri Anjaneya Swamy Udhbhava Murthy temple is present in the middle of the hill. There is a marriage hall, from there if you climb few meters below a tree Ancient Gavi cave can be seen. Overall the short trekking experience with the blessings of Sri Sideshwara Swamy makes this a must visit picnic place with friends and family
