The Unknown and Little Heaven Sri Gavi Rangappa Ancient Cave Temple is about 88km from Mysuru, located in Vantigudda Kaval village. There is muddy road to reach the top of the hillock. Sri Gavi Rangappa Swamy idol along with Lord Shiva Linga is present inside the cave temple. The view from above is calm, peaceful and blissful. The ride to this place is mesmerising as one needs to go through a small forest to reach this place. Ideal place for photography. Forest area, hence late night trekking and camping is restricted.
