The Unknown and Little Hidden Heaven Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Bettada Devasthana is about 70km from Mysuru, located in H.N.Kaval village. The hillock is surrounded by forest and it is a treat to ride around the forest to reach this place. There is muddy road that leads to the top of hillock. Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Temple is present at top of the hill and is believed to be of Chola Dynasty. Ancient carvings can be seen here. The view from above is calm, peaceful and blissful. One can walk around this place and explore further. Ideal place for photography and picnic. Overall the blessings of Sri Venkateshwara Swamy and the mesmerising nature surrounding this place makes this a must visit with friends and family
