The Unknown and Magnificent Sri Saragur Someshwara Temple is about 51km from Mysuru, located in Saragur town. Eye soothing place. The Shiva statue located in the middle of the flowing Kabini river is blissful to watch. Sri Someshwara Temple, Sri Anjanaya Swamy Temple, Sri Sai Baba temple, Sri Chikkadevamma temple,Sri Varadaraja Swamy temple and Sri Nagadevara temple are all located inside the park. Sri Someshwara Temple is believed to be of chola dynasty. Ancient sculpture can be seen here. The walk around this place is calm, peaceful with mesmerising view all around. Photography place ideal for picnic. Fishing is done using coracle, nets and angling. Overall a one of kind place with multiple temple at one place and the tranquil environment makes this a must visit with friends and family
