The Unknown and little Heaven Sri Veerabhadra Swamy Temple on a Hill hock is about 66km from Bengaluru, 13km from Ramanagara City. It is believed that Jagadguru Sri Renukacharya has performed Tapas for 700 years at this place. Sri Renukacharya is the first head out of 5 heads of Lord Eshwara namely Sadyojata, Vamadeva, Aghora, Tatpurusha and Ishana. Myth has it that 7 headed snake to have existed here. Yearly once during June month, festival is performed at this place by the local villagers. One can also trek in the near by hills surrounding this place.
