Picnic Heaven Vatadahosahalli Lake is about 99km from Bengaluru, located in Sabbanahalli village. The lake is filled with rain water. Ideal place for swimming. About 42 feet in depth. One gets the feeling as if you are in an island. Sri Narasimhaswami Hill behind the lake adds a magical feeling to this place. Full treat to the eyes. Fishing is done using Coracle. Sri Gangamma Gudi Temple is present here. The walk on the bund is tranquil. In case you are planning to trek Sri Narasimhaswami Hill after visiting this lake, you need to visit on saturday around 3pm where the villages go together to light up the lamp on top of the hill, you can also join them.
