The Unknown and Ancient Heaven Sri Kuruchul Hill is about 26km from Mysuru, located in Dalegowdana Hundi village. Place visited by Sri Mahadeshwara Swamy. There is a small trail beside the main road that leads to the below of the hill. From below one needs to trek to the top. The view from above is mesmerizing especially watching the clouds and sunset. There is ancient stone at the top where Sri Mahadeshwara Swamy performed tapas. Forest area, hence late night trekking and camping is restricted. Overall a must visit place with friends and family
