The Unknown and Ancient Sculpture Heaven Sri Bheemeshwara Swamy Temple is about 23km from Mysuru, located in Kembalu. There is thar/mud road all the way to this place. It is believed that this temple was built within a day during Chola Dynasty period. Temple where Sri Rushi Muni have performed Tapas. The Ancient sculptures are a treat to the eyes. The Kabini River flowing beside adds a magical touch to this place. One can swim, play and fish in this river all day long.
