The Unknown and Heavenly Gunjeu Betta is about 79km from Mysuru, located in Gunjeu village. What to say just an amazing hardcore trekking place. One needs to climb about 2000 stone steps to reach the top of the hill, about 2km walk till the top.The place is surrounded by forest and Cheetah area hence late night trekking and camping is restricted. Ancient Chola Dynasty Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple is present at the top of the hill.The view from above especially the clouds and sky is eye soothing.
