The Unknown, Heavenly Kanive Hanging Bridge and Sri Ramalingeshwara Swamy Temple is about 92km from Mysuru, located in Hulse village. River cauvery flows majestically and is a treat to watch from the Hanging Bridge. Place where Lord Sri Ram, Lord Lakshmana, Lord Hanuman and Goddess Sita stayed while returning back from Lanka after their battle with Ravana. Lord Sri Ram created a murthy of Shiva Linga using mud and placed it inside the Sri Ramalingeshwara Swamy Temple. One can also witness the cave fort where Lord Sri Ram, Lord Lakshmana, Lord Hanuman and Goddess Sita performed tapas and pooja to the idol of Almighty Lord Shiva which is Udhbhava Murthy. Ideal place for photography and picnic. The walk on the Hanging Bridge is calm, peaceful and mesmerizing.
