The Unknown and Immense Shri Bettada Arasammana Betta is about 81km from Bengaluru, 11km from Maddur city. One needs to go through muddy road to reach the top of the hill. From top of the hill one needs to climb few steps to reach the idol. Shri Bettada Arasammana idol is present inside a cave. The view from top is tranquil. The place is surrounded by rocks. One can trek further around the hill. The ride around the hill itself is mesmerising. Ideal place for trekking and photography. One can spend hours gazing at the beautiful sky all day long. Forest area hence late night trekking and camping is restricted. Overall the mesmerising nature and the blessings of Sri Shri Bettada Arasammana makes this a must visit place with friends and family
