The Unknown and Magnificent Sri Ranganatha Swamy Hill Temple is about 11km from Bengaluru, 95km from Mysuru, located in Doddasettikere village. There is road till the below of the hill, from below there are stone steps till the top. Sri Ranganatha Swamy temple is present at the top. The idol of Sri Ranganatha Swamy inside the temple was found in a well from Maddanahalli village which is about 9km from this place and later brought here. The view from above is jaw breaking and worth the climb. Agehavu Kulu Cave is present in this hill. Ancient carvings can be seen on the way to this place. Sri Lord Anjanaya and Sri Lord Ganesha temple is also present here. Have a short day in hand and looking for a quick getaway from city busy life, this is the place to be. Thus making this a must visit picnic place with Friends and Family
